Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC seeks a Tower Foreman - Wireless Services to safely lead installations, repairs, and upgrades at communications sites. You will mentor a team of up to 6, travel as needed, and represent the company professionally in commercial and industrial locations.

The role requires extensive field work, strong safety focus, and ability to read construction drawings and RF data sheets. Flexible schedule and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wireless industry with ability to manage multiple projects and personnel.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent required within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with tower rigs, site audits, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Wireless Services team (up to 6 technicians).
• Perform tower installations, upgrades, and inspections.
• Interpret site drawings, RF data sheets, and rigging plans.
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-schedule project completion.
