Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead wireless tower projects nationwide. You will manage safety, production, and quality on site, mentor technicians, and ensure accurate materials and documentation. The role requires leadership, strong work ethic, and a focus on safety with an ALL IN attitude.

The Foreman will work with Project Managers to keep schedules and budgets, perform installations and testing, and develop crews through the CAM framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance, safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review BOMs and verify materials ordered are accurate and complete.
• Climb and perform installations, alignments, and testing on site.
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Foremen.
• Prepare close-out packages and document installations.
