Job summary

B.H. Inc. in Windsor, CO and Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Tower Crew Foreman to lead a small field crew on wireless projects.

You will supervise 2–6 technicians, ensure safety, schedule work, and maintain quality across construction, upgrades, and microwave installations. The role requires at least 3 years of telecom tower experience and a valid Competent Climber & Rescue certification, with a clean driving record and ability to pass drug tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.
• Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• As a hands-on field leader, you will supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless communication projects. Your primary focus will be keeping your team safe, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.
