Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a Tower Laborer in Windsor, CO to install, maintain, and upgrade wireless telecommunications structures. This is a highly physical, outdoor role requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

You will perform ground-level and elevated construction tasks, climb towers with fall-protection, and support civil/site-prep efforts. Competitive pay, per diem, and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Solid, verifiable experience in heavy labor, general construction or civil trades.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable working at significant heights with fall-protection.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ground-level and high-elevation construction tasks, including rigging and material handling.
• Safely climb telecommunications towers and structures using fall-protection equipment.
• Utilize power tools, mechanical equipment, and construction rigging efficiently and safely.
• Assist with civil and site-prep work, including concrete prep, grounding, and trenching when required.
• Participate actively in daily job-site safety meetings and maintain a proactive attitude toward a zero-incident workplace.
