Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive wireless sales performance and develop store teams in the Amarillo area. You will coach retail associates, deliver onboarding, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates thrive on competition, accountability, and uncapped earning potential, with flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends. Prior wireless retail success is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
