Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager for our Wireless division in Marion, SC. You will lead sales initiatives, coach store teams, and drive customer engagement to deliver results with unlimited commission opportunities.

You'll train and mentor associates, exceed KPIs, and travel between store locations as needed. A proactive, self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills thrives here, with a pay range of $18–$22/hour plus commissions and paid training.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while followingcarrierand program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
