Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for Wireless Retail to drive sales performance, coach store teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll proactively engage customers, train associates, and run onboarding activities to build product knowledge and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
