PRE-US is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales across our district. You will coach and develop store staff, deliver onboarding and ongoing coaching, and manage shift responsibilities while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
