Job summary

PRE-US in Monett, MO is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless). We seek a high-energy, results-driven sales leader to drive performance, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, train and mentor associates, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and handle coaching sessions while traveling between stores as needed. Competitive pay includes hourly wage plus unlimited commissions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
