You will lead by example, train associates, and implement onboarding and ongoing development programs. The role requires travel within the district and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and B2C environments.
• Ability to train and coach a small team.
• Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Travel between store locations as required
