Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach store associates, and deliver an outstanding wireless shopping experience for customers. You will lead by example, meet KPIs, and manage on-the-floor leadership.

The role includes travel between store locations, onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development in a fast-paced environment with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

Self-motivated and goal-oriented sales professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor others.
Willingness to travel within the district and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
Travel between store locations as required.
