The role offers a base wage from $18 to $22 per hour plus unlimited commission, paid training, and incentives, with weekly pay and travel between stores as needed to hit goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Travel between store locations as required.
