Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead and develop wireless sales at multiple stores. You will coach associates, deliver onboarding and ongoing training, and drive KPIs while managing shift duties and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
