Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach store teams, and deliver a premier customer experience across assigned districts. You will meet/exceed sales goals, train and mentor associates, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and travel between store locations as needed.

Must be self-motivated with strong communication and leadership skills; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Wireless retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
