The role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions, weekly pay, and benefits. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to travel within the district.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience training and coaching sales staff.
• Ability to travel between stores as needed.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
