Acosta Group in Kenner, LA is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless retail sales, coach store teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and manage shift responsibilities with readiness to travel between locations.

The role offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, paid training, and growth opportunities, with weekly pay and benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
