Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative in Palm Springs, FL. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, greet customers, and assist with activations, bill payments, and upgrades while meeting team goals.

The role requires a minimum 6 months in retail, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical endurance and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store, including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling and community involvement.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
