You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure store operations meet AT&T standards while protecting company assets and increasing profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Previous retail or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow the coaching and leadership of the Retail Sales Manager.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T Experience Steps and related drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales.
• Observe customer experience to determine focus areas for AT&T Experience.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the retail location and complete procedures.
