Formación

• Experience leading retail or customer service teams.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using established service drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees in closing sales.
• Monitor customer experience and enforce AT&T Experience Steps.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Coordinate training to achieve 100% completion per corporate standards.
• Oversee inventory, orders, receptions, and end-of-month counts.
• Provide coaching to staff and foster growth of sales associates.
