Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Retail Sales Manager and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, manage store operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with AT&T standards while fostering a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

This full-time role requires leadership, reliability, and a passion for mobile technology, with opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service management is required.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Follow the coaching and leadership of the Retail Sales Manager.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T standards and driver gauges; train the sales team.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales and customer service.
• Observe customer experience to determine the AT&T Experience Steps.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store and completion of procedures.
• Complete required training monthly and annually per AT&T compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and counts.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop and manage positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and recognition to promote growth of sales associates.
