TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Store Manager to lead our Olney, IL store. You will recruit and coach a high-performing sales team, drive store performance, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a leader, you will manage operations, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while partnering with leadership to meet Verizon performance goals and deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities
