Mobile Generation is hiring a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding sales results and customer experiences at our Plover location. You will coach a team, ensure product knowledge, and uphold operational standards with a positive, proactive approach.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in retail, a proven sales record, strong communication, and flexibility to travel to Midwest locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations across the Midwest and business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coach/mentor your team daily to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist the Store Manager in promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
