Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager in Forsyth, IL to work closely with the Store Manager and lead a sales team. You will drive a positive, customer-focused environment while maintaining store standards and policies.

The role requires 1+ years in a retail setting, preferably wireless, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel to multiple Midwest locations and a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to locations across the Midwest and business needs dictate.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Working side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure your location is operating under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist the Store Manager in promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
