Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in our Murray, KY retail store, creating a culture of superior customer experience, strong sales delivery, and strict operational standards.

You will coach, train and develop your staff, recruit and retain a highly engaged sales team, drive marketing efforts, and ensure the store represents the brand in every interaction while you grow your career and income.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of employees and customers.
