Job summary

United Wireless in Charlottesville, VA seeks an energetic Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will hire, train, and coach a team, manage scheduling, inventory, and promotions, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail sales/ management, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years in retail sales and sales management.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer concerns.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.
• Hire and onboard passionate individuals aligned with United Wireless values.
• Drive sales performance and ensure store meets goals and metrics.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and overall operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure promotions are executed.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
