Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, seeks a Wireless Retail Store Manager for Eldorado in McKinney, TX. This full-time role drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and leads a team to success using AT&T standards.

You will manage daily store operations, achieve sales goals, provide training, handle inventory, and resolve customer issues while upholding company policies and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using At Your Service and Key Satisfaction Drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Assist employees with closing sales and providing customer service.
• Observe customer experience to determine the focus of the AT&T Experience Steps.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the retail location with all open/close procedures.
• Train staff to 100% completion of required training monthly and annually per AT&T compliance standards.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and counts daily/weekly/monthly.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
