Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will own a location, lead the team on the floor, and drive store results with strong ownership of customer experience.

You will manage schedules, coach staff, review sales data, and collaborate with the team to build a high-performing sales floor. This on-site role requires leadership, retail experience, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations end to end and set the standard for customer experience on every shift
• Hire, onboard and develop your team with on-floor coaching
• Review sales data, identify gaps and take action to drive results
• Balance scheduling for coverage and fairness while maintaining operational efficiency
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure adherence to BLW policies and procedures
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
