Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll manage the team, drive customer experience, and own store results from onboarding to performance coaching.

We value hands-on leaders who read data, fix gaps quickly, and balance schedules with customer care. A background in wireless is helpful, but leadership and ownership matter most.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture
• Onboard and develop your team daily through real-time coaching on the floor
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns form
• Balance the store schedule for coverage, fairness, and efficiency
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work at additional locations as needed
