Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, training, and resolving escalations while maintaining brand standards and inventory. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and merchandising in accordance with company expectations.
• Coach and develop sales consultants to achieve goals.
• Drive personal sales and help the team meet sales targets and quota.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Analyze staffing needs and manage store data and cash handling.
• Maintain brand compliance and store up-time, inventory, and cleanliness.
