Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop staff and deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales using the EGET process and mentor the sales team.
• Lead store operations, ensure planogram and brand compliance, and manage daily tasks.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and development plans to close skill gaps and drive performance.
• Coordinate store opening/closing, inventory checks, and store appearance.
