Wireless Zone in Texas is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest devices and plans, delivering exceptional service and building trust with buyers.

You will greet customers, identify needs, process sales and activations, keep displays fresh, stay updated on promotions, and aim to meet or exceed sales metrics through engaging demonstrations and expert guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
