Acosta Group is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive store performance, coach sales teams, and deliver an outstanding wireless shopping experience. You will lead by example, set expectations, and turn customer interactions into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred.
• Proven ability to train and coach sales staff.
• Willingness to travel within district and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as required.
