Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach store teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across wireless retailers.

You will meet sales goals, train associates, conduct onboarding and ongoing development, and travel between store locations as needed. Strong communication, motivation, and accountability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in retail.
• Experience in wireless retail or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as required.
