Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals. The role offers a base rate of $12 per hour with uncapped commission potential and an average of $17 per hour with commission, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
