You will deliver exceptional service, learn the latest devices and plans, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced store environment.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a competitive compensation structure with a $12.00 per hour base plus uncapped

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to learn in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
• Comfort with technology and ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
