Russell Cellular is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect with customers and match wireless products to their needs. The role offers a base pay of $16 per hour with uncapped commission potential; average earnings with commission are about $21 per hour, with opportunities to earn more.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, grow, and excel.
• A tech affinity with the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through community events and campaigns.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
• Open/close store and manage cash and inventory.
• Develop action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
