Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services to the public while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
