Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to connect with customers, assess their needs, and provide the wireless products and services that fit their requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
