Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Specialist to connect with customers and identify their wireless needs. You will deliver personalized service and promote our devices and services, embodying our values of integrity and service.

The role offers a base rate of $12 per hour plus uncapped commission potential, with an average of $17 per hour with commission. Open availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Interest in wireless technology and the ability to learn quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through local campaigns with Marketing.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
