You will represent Russell Cellular’s core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while delivering the best wireless experience to customers. The role offers a base pay of $12/hour with uncapped commission potential and an average overall earning of about $17/hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with excellent service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
• Contact customers by phone for follow-up sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Support daily store operations including cash handling and inventory tasks.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
