Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions. As part of our Verizon Authorized Retailer network, you will embody integrity, expertise, initiative, and service while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

You will enjoy uncapped earning potential with a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus commissions; the average with commission is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Knack for technology and ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Open availability during store hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
