Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative who will get to know customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized service to equip them with wireless products and services. The role offers uncapped earning potential with a base rate of $16.90 per hour and an average of $21.90 per hour with commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel in a retail setting.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly and adapt to customers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and open availability during store hours.
• Desire to provide outstanding customer service and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing.
• Reach out to current customers for further sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
