Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring Wireless Sales Representatives to join our nationwide Verizon Authorized Retailer network in the United States. You will engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

With a base pay of $16.00/hour plus uncapped commissions, the role offers strong earning potential. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting our team culture and growth

Responsabilités

• Sell cellular devices, tablets, watches and wireless plans while delivering outstanding customer service
• Develop sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
