Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in the Baton Rouge area. You will learn customer needs and provide personalized service, helping customers select wireless products and services that fit their lives.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel.
• Strong tech aptitude and quick learner.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing.
• Contact current customers for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily sales goals.
