In this role, you will engage customers, drive sales, and participate in community events while representing our brand values of integrity and service. The position offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and advancement

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
