Job summary

Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, discover their needs, and equip them with wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for upsell opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/month sales goals.
