Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory and cash management.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
