Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess needs, and provide wireless products and services. The role emphasizes integrity, expertise, initiative, and service within our brand foundation of Care for Every Person.

You will learn Russell Cellular’s offerings, engage in community events, and pursue growth opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and office duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
