Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community involvement events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
