TCC Wireless LLC is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative for the Derby, CT location. You will be the face of the T-Mobile brand in-store, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping customers select devices and plans.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly revenue goals, providing great customer experiences, and maintaining store standards. Prior retail experience and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide world-class service in-store, on the phone, and via online channels.
• Drive revenue through new accounts and growth of existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across the business.
• Assist with store opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits as required by procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work area to standard.
• Assist customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades and payments.
